Holde Agri Invest, one of the leading local players in Romania’s agricultural sector, is taking out a syndicated loan from Banca Transilvania and OTP Bank România, in the amounts of 30.5 million lei and 26.7 million euros. BT is the arranger of the syndicated loan and a lender.
The loan will be used for working capital and for the acquisition of equipment, agricultural machinery and farms.
