Banca Transilvania and Nusco have concluded a financing agreement worth 64.4 million euros to develop and complete the second phase of Nusco City, Bucharest’s largest urban regeneration project.
The second phase of Nusco City comprises seven buildings, with more than 800 apartments. The first three buildings—previously financed through the Nusco–OTP Bank România partnership—are due for delivery this year, while the next four—developed with BT financing—will be completed in the first half of 2026. Total investment in this second phase amounts to over 130 million euros.
We are pleased to be part of this landmark project in Bucharest, which supports the sustainable development of the real estate market. Nusco City is a partner with a stable long-term vision and a developer with a strong track record in urban regeneration.
