Banca Transilvania is part of the pilot project Equal Opportunities for an Independent Life, launched on 29 July 2024 through a partnership between the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the National Council of Disability in Romania (CNDR).

The initiative aims to help broaden access for people with special needs to as many services as possible, across different sectors.

At the meeting held to mark the official signing, the objectives of the agreement were presented, along with details of upcoming information campaigns and research projects, all intended to contribute to modern solutions for customers and to improvements in the legislative framework concerning persons with disabilities.
