Banca Transilvania is a Joint Mandated Lead Arranger in one of the largest syndicated financing transactions in Romanian agriculture in recent years. Grup Şerban Holding, one of the leaders of Romania’s agri-food industry, has received EUR 73 million in financing to develop its operations.

Also part of the syndicate are BRD Groupe Société Générale and Raiffeisen Bank România.
