Banca Transilvania will have offices at Green Court A, in the Floreasca – Barbu Văcărescu area of Bucharest, starting in 2024. Green Court A is a premium office building with LEED Gold certification.

The lease agreement is between Globalworth, the leader in Romania’s office market, and Banca Transilvania. It is one of the largest office lease transactions in Romania this year.

BT’s offices will be on floors six to eleven, totaling 10,000 square meters.

Banca Transilvania has over 2,100 employees in Bucharest; around 1,200 of them are part of the Head Office team (the Head Office is in Cluj-Napoca) and work out of Băneasa, Olympus and Hermes. BT also has over 80 branches and agencies in the capital, as well as Stup, dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurial community.
