BVB Arena, the Bucharest Stock Exchange program designed to support Romanian companies that later issue shares and/or bonds on the capital market, has entered the Public Vote stage:
- Until July 31, 2025, the general public can vote for 3 companies out of the 50 semifinalists; the three companies with the most votes will qualify for the final.
- Voting is available on the program’s website, www.bvbarena.ro.
Next stages of the 2025 edition:
- Selection of the finalist companies (August);
- Official announcement and awards for the 15 finalist companies (September);
- Mentorship phase — workshops and webinars for finalist and semifinalist companies (October–November).
Eight years of the Made in Romania/BVB Arena program amount to:
- EUR 270 million in financing through equity and bond issues listed on the stock exchange;
- More than 100 finalist companies;
- 13 equity listings and 27 bond issues;
- Over 1,300 nominated companies.
The Banca Transilvania Financial Group has been one of the project’s partners since its launch in 2017, supporting entrepreneurs with mentoring and know-how on capital market financing. Banca Transilvania [BVB: TLV] was the first bank in Romania to list on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (1997).
