Banca Transilvania, the Transilvania Executive Education MBA and the publication Republica announce the winners of the BT Roberto Marzanati Scholarships for the Executive MBA 2026 cohort:

• Codruța Fernea - founder and CEO, E311 Unique Solutions
• George Mosoia - founder and president, Asociația Dog Assist

This year’s competition attracted people working in a wide range of fields: IT, manufacturing, marketing, consulting, HR, energy, NGOs, etc. 

The total value of the scholarships is almost 20,000 euros, covering half the tuition fee. The Transilvania Executive Education MBA is a 100% British program, accredited by the University of Buckingham. Classes start on February 21, 2026, and run over two years.
