Security of your money and personal data
You need an IBAN for domestic and international money transfers. For example, if you need to receive money, the person making the payment must know your IBAN and your name.
If you need to receive money, sharing your IBAN is exactly the right thing to do. However, never share the details on your card (name, number, expiry date, PIN, CVV2/CVC).
