The Entrepreneurial Stories That Made It to the Final of the BVB Arena Program

The 2025 edition of the BVB Arena program concluded on July 30, 2026 with the publication of the stories of the 15 finalist companies in the BVB Arena Book, launched at the headquarters of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The book highlights the experience of entrepreneurs who have built businesses in sectors relevant to the local economy and who are exploring the growth opportunities offered by the capital market.

The 15 BVB Arena finalists are: Agricola International, Annabella, Apemin Tușnad, AROBS Transilvania Software, Artesana, Auto Total, Barleta, Bento, Casa Timiș, Christian Tour, Libris, Lidas, Sofiaman, Visual Fan (Allview) and Zitec. The companies operate in a range of sectors, from food and education to IT&C, retail and hospitality (HoReCa).

BVB Arena is a Bucharest Stock Exchange program dedicated to Romanian entrepreneurial companies that aim to accelerate their growth and explore financing opportunities via the capital market. Its impact is relevant across the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem. Over its eight editions, BVB Arena has brought together more than 1,300 companies, and the 20 finalist and semi-finalist companies subsequently used the instruments made available by the Bucharest Stock Exchange. According to BVB data, the total value of the 40 equity raisings and bond issues carried out by these companies has exceeded EUR 270 million.

The Banca Transilvania Financial Group has supported the initiative since the first edition, launched in 2017 under the name Made in Romania, providing mentoring and expertise on access to finance and development via the capital market.

As a partner of the BVB Arena program since its first edition, and drawing on our long-standing experience in the capital market, we have had the opportunity to work with numerous Romanian entrepreneurs on projects involving capital market financing. Beyond access to additional funds and the benefits of corporate governance, one of the most important advantages we have seen in working with these companies is the development of long-term thinking and planning. Vision is essential, but just as important is clarity about the concrete steps that turn that vision into reality, and about the challenges that may arise along the way. We are glad to help define this journey and to stand alongside the entrepreneurs who choose to accelerate their development through the capital market. We congratulate the Bucharest Stock Exchange on this initiative and the companies featured in the BVB Arena Book 2025.
