Banca Transilvania is launching the competition for two partial scholarships to the Transilvania Executive Education EMBA, a 100% British program accredited by the University of Buckingham. The application window is September 23–November 2, 2025.

The total value of the scholarships is almost EUR 20,000, covering half of the tuition fee.

Classes start on February 21, 2026, run over two years, and the degree is awarded by the University of Buckingham.

Eligibility
Interested applicants must have at least three years of management experience after graduating from university, as well as an advanced level of English.

The application should include:

• Completion of the competition application form, available on the TEE website, with:
  • a business plan, using the template in the application form;
  • an academic essay answering the question: In the context of increasing economic and social instability, how can executive education help improve organizational performance?
• A CV in English and/or a link to your LinkedIn profile mentioned in the application email. We recommend that the CV include all achievements across professional, academic and social areas.
• Two letters of recommendation in English, from a business partner and/or the employer.
• Submission of the documents to office@teecluj.ro, by November 2, 2025 (inclusive).

The Executive MBA courses are structured into 12 modules: Leadership, HR, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations Management, Systems Thinking, Complexity, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, Consulting and Digital Transformation. They are taught by professors from 16 universities worldwide, with both academic and business expertise.

The TEE Executive MBA was founded in 2014 in Cluj-Napoca at the initiative of representatives of the business and academic communities, including Banca Transilvania, Electrogrup and Babeș-Bolyai University. To date, 240 people have graduated from this EMBA.
