Banca Transilvania and OTP Bank Romania are the financial partners of VOX Technology Park, a next-generation office complex and business hub. Developed by Werk Property Group, it is scheduled to open in Timisoara at the end of this year.

The financing consists of a EUR 16.8 million development loan and a RON 15.5 million VAT facility. Banca Transilvania acts as arranger, lender, facility agent and security agent, while OTP Bank Romania is also a lender. The lending syndicate is advised by Clifford Chance Badea, through a team led by Andreea Sisman, Counsel.

Vox Technology Park is a distinctive project in Timisoara, standing out for the standards it offers future office tenants in terms of comfort and safety. The project has 26,000 square meters of leasable area, approximately 50% of which has already been let, mainly to IT and communications companies. In addition to office space, Vox Technology Park will bring together shops, conference rooms, banks, a restaurant, a café, a fitness center, a spa, parking spaces with charging points for electric cars, etc.

Access to Vox Technology Park will be via a method unique in Europe: biometric identification based on physical features. The office building will be BREEAM “Excellent” certified, the first in the western part of the country to achieve this level of certification.
