10 Days of Offers at Banca Transilvania: Discounts on loans, cards, insurance and passes for this year's festivals

Banca Transilvania announces a new online banking shopping campaign, Sfatul Babelor, running from 29 February – 9 March. The campaign brings discounts, benefits and fee waivers on loans, shopping cards, insurance and leasing, as well as discounts on passes for this year’s festivals — Untold, Electric Castle and Nostalgia. The concept is inspired by the Romanian tradition Babele, under which Romanians choose one day between 1 – 9 March to be their baba, as a sign of the year’s auspices.

Offer details:

  • Star Forte and Gold shopping cards: RON 150 in Star points as a gift. The cards have a new design, launched this year.
  • BT Flying Blue Classic and Premium travel cards: up to 4,000 welcome Miles (2,000 for Classic, 4,000 for Premium), plus the chance to win airline tickets to Zanzibar and London;
  • Personal loan: fixed rate between 7.8% and 18.1%, down from 8.4% and 18.5%, zero processing fee, with life and unemployment insurance;
  • Mortgage with a 3-year introductory fixed rate: 5.85%, zero processing fee and no valuation fees;
  • Mortgage with a 5-year introductory fixed rate: 5.9%, zero processing fee and no valuation fees;

  • Car leasing: for individuals, 8.9% per year fixed rate (down from 13.25% per year), and for companies, 3.1% per year interest + EURIBOR 6M (down from 3.80% per year interest + EURIBOR 6M).
