2 million people use BT Pay for everyday banking. One in two cards issued by Banca Transilvania is in digital format, enrolled in BT Pay.

BT Pay has become a super-app for banking and payments, with complementary options as well: donations, offers and health. It supports contactless payments, money transfers, bill payments, confirmation of online purchases and donations. The app also helps with card management, including the origination of credit cards and overdrafts, fully online, as well as cardless cash withdrawals from ATMs.

What a day looks like with BT Pay’s main features, based on the latest figures:

• 250,000 payments by phone;
• 100,000 money transfers;
• 150,000 online purchase confirmations;
• 1.5 million account balance checks;
• 2,000 bill payments a day via the recently launched Bill Payments option.
