Banca Transilvania was recognised for its performance at the Top Bankers Gala, receiving the following awards:

• The strongest bank in the banking system
• Highest employee efficiency
• Best solvency and liquidity ratios

“Performance is measured in numbers, but also in awards. These are strong, hard-earned results from each of the bank’s more than 9,000 employees. Everyone contributed to achieving them. The bank’s strength comes from the power of the whole team, and what we aim for every day is to be a good bank — the best — for our customers and colleagues,” said Nevenca Doca at the event, Senior Executive Director, Human Resources, Banca Transilvania.

The event, organised by Finmedia, on June 22 in Bucharest, recognised banks’ 2021 performance based on quantitative and efficiency criteria.
