BT ranks among the top 10 employers, according to the inaugural “The 100 Best Employers in the Economy” ranking compiled by Capital Media Production.

The ranking took into account the following: headcount, the net average salary level, employee benefits and employer brand.

The 100 companies included in the ranking have over 330,000 employees.

Banca Transilvania has over 8,000 employees, and the average age is 37. BT’s story began 25 years ago in Cluj-Napoca, with a team of 13 people.
