Banca Transilvania announces the first services available to Idea::Bank customers, as well as the launch of a microsite with useful information.

The integration of Idea::Bank into the BT Financial Group is underway through June 13 this year, when the transfer to Banca Transilvania of the contracts Idea::Bank has with its customers will be completed.

Banca Transilvania services for Idea::Bank customers, effective April 18 this year:

• Using BT ATMs: all Idea::Bank customers can use their cards at Banca Transilvania ATMs under the same fees as at Idea::Bank.
  
  
• Loan repayments at Banca Transilvania: Idea::Bank customers can pay instalments on their Idea::Bank loans at BT branches, as well as via self-service at BT Express terminals, using the barcode on the relevant documents generated by Idea::Bank.

In a next step, starting May 10 this year, Idea::Bank customers will receive by e-mail and/or post a personalised notice about all the products and services that Banca Transilvania offers following the transfer of contracts, equivalent to those at Idea::Bank.

From June 14 this year, Idea::Bank customers who become BT customers will be able to access products and services exclusively through Banca Transilvania.

BT announced in October 2021 the purchase of the entire shareholding in Idea::Bank, Idea::Leasing and Idea::Broker de Asigurare, the third banking acquisition by Banca Transilvania. Idea::Bank will remain a legal entity within the BT Financial Group, will be rebranded and will become a digital hub where online banking solutions will be developed.
