Banca Transilvania is once again among the Most Desired Employers, in the nationwide ranking by Catalyst Solutions. BT is 11th, the same position as in 2019. The study measures how attractive employers in Romania are and also provides insights into candidate behaviour and their expectations of companies.

About the ranking:

• It is based on a survey completed by almost 20,000 respondents from across the country, conducted between February–May this year;
• Respondents are university-educated candidates (entry-level and experienced) with backgrounds in business, IT&C, engineering, social sciences, medicine and pharmacy;
• Open, unaided answers to the question: which are the top 5 companies in Romania you would like to work for.

The 10 most important factors in choosing an employer, according to Catalyst Solutions’ analysis:

• Recognition of performance
• A pleasant, friendly atmosphere
• Managers/leaders who encourage and support employee development
• Job security
• An attractive salary package
• An attractive benefits package
• Performance bonuses
• A strong reference for their future career
• Overtime is compensated/paid
