Banca Transilvania is launching a new online banking shopping campaign, #HappyHomeDays, for those with plans for house and home. Running 21–25 September this year, the campaign brings offers for people planning to buy a home, build, refurbish or redecorate.

The offer is available on the BT website and brings discounts and other benefits on the mortgage/home loan, the personal loan, and the STAR Forte and STAR Gold shopping cards. BT’s partners in this campaign are Dedeman and Vivre.

The #HappyHomeDays offer:

• Mortgage/home loan in RON for purchase, modernisation, construction or refinancing a loan from another bank: 5.06% variable interest rate (IRCC + 2.65%); no processing fee and no valuation fee. The bank’s standard offer is 5.36% (IRCC + 2.95%) for customers who have their income credited to a BT account / 5.66% (IRCC + 3.25%) for those who do not; a RON 400 processing fee, and a valuation fee of RON 500 for apartments and RON 750 for houses.
• Practic BT personal loan with life and unemployment insurance, fixed rate in RON: 7.49% and no processing fee. The bank’s standard offer is a 9.5% fixed rate for customers who have their income credited to a BT account / 10.5% for those who do not, and a RON 200 processing fee.
• Product bundle: Practic BT personal loan with life and unemployment insurance, fixed rate in RON: the fixed rate is 7.25% (compared with 9.5% for customers who have their income credited to a BT account / 10.5% for those who do not) + STAR Forte shopping card with 100 STAR points (worth RON 100) and 12 interest-free installments at Dedeman and Vivre on all purchases made until the end of October.
• STAR Forte shopping card: 100 STAR points (worth RON 100) and 12 interest-free installments at Dedeman and Vivre on all purchases made until the end of October.
