Banca Transilvania is part of the consortium financing Moov Leasing with 110 million euro, acting as Mandated Lead Arranger, Co-Documentation Agent and Facility Agent. This is the first syndicated financing in the operating leasing segment and is intended to support the company’s plans to expand nationwide, as well as to reduce CO2 emissions.

The loan is provided by a consortium comprising, alongside Banca Transilvania, UniCredit Bank (Global Coordinator, Bookrunner, Mandated Lead Arranger and Co-Documentation Agent), UniCredit SpA (Co-Sustainable Agent), Raiffeisen Bank (Mandated Lead Arranger, Co-Sustainable Agent and Security Agent) and Exim Banca Românească (Mandated Lead Arranger).
