Banca Transilvania scored 10 out of 10 in the assessment conducted by the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) of the communications of companies listed on the Regulated Market.

Vektor is the investor relations communications indicator, calculated using a methodology that includes 15 criteria aligned with international best practice. It will now appear on the page of the companies evaluated, on the Bucharest Stock Exchange website. The assessment covered nearly 80 companies and took place between April 2019 and January 2020.

In 2019, Banca Transilvania was named Best Company for Investor Relations by institutional investors active on Romania’s capital market, who evaluated the companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Also in 2019, another company in the Banca Transilvania Financial Group began to use BVB’s financing mechanisms: BT Leasing bonds made their trading debut on the regulated market operated by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Banca Transilvania was the first bank in Romania to be listed on BVB, in 1997. It is also the longest-standing issuer in the history of BET, having been part of this index for 18 years.
