Banca Transilvania and Blugento Launch GoOnline, a Complete E-commerce Solution for SMEs
- With GoOnline, an online store can be opened within 3 days
- Stores built by Blugento through the GoOnline service integrate Banca Transilvania’s online payment solution
- GoOnline is available in three subscription options, depending on the number of products sold and the desired features
Banca Transilvania and Blugento, a Cluj-based company specialised in providing eCommerce solutions on the Magento platform, are launching GoOnline, a complete solution for SMEs to build online stores using Romania’s most modern and high-performance e-commerce platform. Under the partnership, Blugento and BT are offering the GoOnline service at an affordable price on a monthly subscription to those who want to open their own online store.
“The first thing we do when we hear about a company, a product or a service is look it up online. But today it’s no longer enough to have a simple site with a general presentation and the company’s contact details. Customers are asking for more and more — first of all, to be able to buy online in as few clicks as possible, to have complete information, to see product reviews, to connect with other buyers and users. Blugento and BT want to develop this journey, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. How do I grow my sales? — this is a common concern for entrepreneurs, and GoOnline is the answer in the online space,” says Daniel Szekely, Coordinating Director, SME and Microbusiness Division, BT
“An online store can be built in less than three days and includes, among other things, a customised design, fully adapted to any brand and optimised for mobile devices, dedicated technical support, integrations with courier service providers in Romania, as well as with over 100 other complementary service providers such as marketing, data analytics, email, conversion optimisation or marketing automation software,” says Sandu Babasan, CEO, Blugento.
Every store built with GoOnline will integrate the online payment solution from Banca Transilvania, and a preferential merchant fee will apply to card payments made by customers.
Turnkey online store: 3 subscription plans
Entrepreneurs choose the design and the subscription that suits their business, followed by a short configuration period to tailor the design to their own brand. In less than 3 days, they can have a fully functional online store, ready to sell. Three subscription packages are available, differing by the number of products to be sold in the online store and the desired features:
- Shop package for stores with up to 300 products: EUR 59/month;
- Expert package for stores with up to 2,000 products: EUR 99/month;
- Site package for companies without products in their portfolio: EUR 19/month.
Online stores are implemented in just a few days, and the initial setup fee is EUR 59 in all cases.
Online stores built through GoOnline benefit from all the features of the Blugento platform:
- custom design optimised for all types of devices (mobile phone, tablet, etc.);
- high-performance hosting included, security updates, technical support;
- one-on-one training on how to use the platform;
- localisation for the Romanian market with VAT classes, invoicing, terms and conditions, ANPC link, personal data protection;
- SEO optimisation and fast loading speeds;
- integrations with courier, marketing, data analytics and email services, as well as conversion optimisation or marketing automation software, plus all the standard features of the Magento platform.
The GoOnline solution can be ordered on the Blugento website. Before building the site, entrepreneurs are advised to prepare the following: choose the domain name for the online store, prepare product descriptions and take suitable product photos.
Blugento and Banca Transilvania began this partnership last year with a pilot phase. Given entrepreneurs’ interest, GoOnline, the complete eCommerce solution for SMEs, is now being launched nationwide.
