BT Broker de Asigurare, a leader in comprehensive motor insurance (CASCO) brokerage, is entering a new stage of development with the launch of its own franchise network. With this franchise model, the Banca Transilvania Financial Group company aims to build a nationwide network together with local entrepreneurs.

The first step was taken through a partnership with DIASIG VEST, a company based in Cluj-Napoca. The agreement was signed by Valentin Coroiu, CEO of BT Broker de Asigurare, and Diana Borzan, Managing Director of DIASIG VEST.

From specialist broker to universal broker

In 2025, BT Broker de Asigurare announced its plan to diversify its business model, aiming to transform from a specialist broker into a universal broker with nationwide coverage. The new direction means digital services, personalized advice and a diversified portfolio for both individuals and companies.

We thank DIASIG VEST for its openness and for the trust with which we are starting out together. This partnership helps us build a scalable model that we will roll out across the company, to be closer to people and to what they need. It is the first step toward a nationwide franchise network, made up of partners who share our values and put clients first. At the end of 2025, BT Broker de Asigurare had more than 46,000 clients. The number of policies brokered increased by 17% in 2025 compared to 2024, reaching almost 140,000.
