BT Capital Partners (BTCP), the investment banking division of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, advised Simtel Team on the sale of a 5% stake to Paval Holding, the investment vehicle controlled by Dragos and Adrian Paval, founders of the Dedeman DIY retail chain.

BTCP provided Simtel Team with financial advisory and valuation services. The team comprised Nina Pirvu, Investment Banking Director, Alexandru Vlaicu, Investment Banking Manager, and Serban Dumitrescu, Investment Banking Associate. The same team also coordinated the private placement of shares, completed on May 27 this year, through which the company raised 13.7 million RON by selling 15% of its share capital.
