BT Capital Partners (BTCP) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Modulo Decorative Solutions, the European leader in decorative stone cladding solutions, on its sale to the Asian investment fund CEECAT Capital.

BT Capital Partners’ contribution to the success of the transaction comprised support throughout the entire process, from identifying potential investors, structuring the deal and managing the competitive bidding process, through support during the due diligence process and negotiating the financial terms, to the transaction documentation.
