Banca Transilvania is, for the second year running, the most attractive employer in the financial sector, according to the latest study by Randstad Romania Employer Brand Research.

In Romania, the research was based on a sample of more than 4,000 employees from 150 companies, part of the world’s most comprehensive independent employer brand study. According to the study, an attractive salary and benefits are the top attributes of the ideal employer for people in Romania, and they matter most when choosing a job.

In 2023, according to the Randstad Romania study, the keywords were diversity and inclusion; in 2024, equity and artificial intelligence have joined them.
