Banca Transilvania is supporting the development of the largest retail park in Transylvania, URBANO Shopping & Living, through financing of over 16 million euro. A project by URBANO Group, it will start transforming Florești (Cluj County) into a retail and entertainment hub next year.
With a total investment of over 100 million euro, URBANO Group will help develop the local community through accessibility, mobility and environmentally friendly solutions. Thanks to its location, URBANO Shopping & Living will serve a catchment area of over 150,000 people.
We support Romanian companies that invest in sustainable development, and URBANO Group is a case in point; we have had an excellent collaboration for over 15 years. We are pleased to have the opportunity once again—by supporting URBANO Shopping & Living—to contribute to the development of Cluj and the local community. Beyond its immediate impact on the community, a project like this has the potential to develop a genuine ecosystem around it, becoming a focal point for related real estate developments in subsequent stages.
