Banca Transilvania, together with UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, ING Bank and EximBank, is supporting the development of the Romanian company MOOV Leasing  through a EUR 187 million syndicated financing. The funding backs the company’s growth plans and expands access to modern mobility solutions in Romania. 

The new facility refinances a EUR 110 million syndicated loan and increases MOOV Leasing’s funding capacity by over 70%. Some of the loan terms are linked to the company’s sustainability objectives, reflecting its focus on sustainable, long-term development.

Banca Transilvania was among the banks coordinating the arrangement and structuring of the financing, and also coordinated the relationship between the banks and the company in connection with the loan. Legal counsel was provided by Filip & Company for the bank consortium and by Stoica, Popa & Asociații for MOOV Leasing.
