Banca Transilvania, together with UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, ING Bank, and EximBank, is supporting the development of the Romanian company MOOV Leasing through a syndicated loan amounting to EUR 187 million. The financing supports the company’s growth plans and the expansion of access to modern mobility solutions in Romania. 

The new facility refinances a syndicated loan of EUR 110 million eand increases MOOV Leasing’s financing capacity by over 70%. Some of the loan’s terms are linked to the company’s sustainability goals, reflecting its commitment to sustainable, long-term development.

Banca Transilvania is among the banks that coordinated the granting and structuring of the financing, while also serving as the coordinator of the relationship between the banks and the company following the loan’s approval. Legal counsel was provided by Filip & Company for the banking consortium and by Stoica, Popa & Asociații for MOOV Leasing.
