Banca Transilvania and Bancpost received four awards at the Bancheri de Top Gala, an event organized by the Finmedia media group in Bucharest. The gala recognized banks that stood out for their performance in 2017 and 2018.

The awards were as follows:

• Best profitability per employee and per branch (Banca Transilvania)
• Best ability to attract deposits (Banca Transilvania)
• Best M&A (Banca Transilvania)
• Best CSR campaign (Bancpost)

Following Banca Transilvania’s acquisition of Bancpost in April this year, the integration of Bancpost into the BT Financial Group is under way.
