The virtual BT Visa UNTOLD card, designed for UNTOLD fans who use the BT Pay app, now features a new animated design inspired by this year’s festival theme, Mother Nature, as well as new benefits.

BT Visa UNTOLD is a lei-denominated, virtual-only debit card, with no issuance or maintenance fees. Launched last year, the card takes on a different look each time, inspired by the creative design of every UNTOLD edition.

Prizes and benefits that come with the BT Visa UNTOLD card in 2024: 

• Full festival experiences (5) for people who request the card between 3–21 July, including: a pass to UNTOLD 2024 in Cluj-Napoca, accommodation, a backstage tour, etc.
• 15% off official UNTOLD merchandise purchases at the festival;
• 12% off BlackCab services during the festival (7–12 August 2024);
• Up to 6% off via Booking.com, depending on the type of accommodation chosen, paid with the BT Visa UNTOLD card, using an access link;
• 20% off consultations across the Regina Maria private healthcare network, from 15 July to 15 October 2024, when paying with the BT Visa UNTOLD card;
• 15% off at MyGeisha, when paying with the BT Visa UNTOLD card online and in-store;
• 25% success fee (instead of the standard 30%) for Air Refund, in case of a missed or cancelled flight.

 
For customers who already have the BT Visa UNTOLD card: 
The card’s design in the BT Pay app will change starting 3 July, rolled out gradually.

For those who want a BT Visa UNTOLD card: 

• The card can be requested exclusively online, in the BT Pay app/Add cards. It is issued instantly via BT Pay and can be used immediately, also via the app.
• The BT Pay app can be downloaded from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.

Cashless payments at UNTOLD, via the festival wristband, are enabled by Banca Transilvania. In 2023, one in three payment cards used at UNTOLD to top up the festival wristband — out of nearly 90,000, from 108 countries — was a BT card.
