Banca Transilvania launches a new feature for business customers, who can now request cheques, promissory notes, bills of exchange and cash withdrawal orders online.

This is another step by BT to make access to its services simpler. The service is free, easy to use and available 24 hours a day.

Steps to request these instruments online:

• Register on the bank’s online platform;
• Request the issuance of the instruments and choose the BT branch where you will pick them up;
• BT will then inform the customer via SMS of the date when the selected instruments can be collected.

A customer can request up to 100 instruments of each type per day and can initiate requests for multiple customers if authorised. The platform also lets users manage the history of their instrument issuance requests.
