Transilvania Executive Education (TEE), Banca Transilvania (BT) and EVERGENT Investments are launching a new competition offering four partial scholarships for the TEE Executive MBA – General Management, a 100% British programme accredited by the University of Buckingham. Their total value is 32,000 euro. The media partner of the competition is Republica.ro.

Executive MBA classes start on February 15, 2023 and are structured into 12 modules on strategy, leadership, systems thinking, economics, complexity, governance and digital transformation. Taught by faculty from universities in Europe, the United States and Romania, sessions take place every six weeks over 18 months. The degree is awarded by the University of Buckingham.

Applicants must have at least three years of post‑university professional experience in an executive role and an advanced level of English.

Since 2015, Transilvania Executive Education and its business partners have supported education at this international business school in Romania through scholarships. To date, Banca Transilvania has awarded 10 scholarships (worth 150,000 euro), EVERGENT Investments 6 scholarships (worth 90,000 euro), and Electrogrup 5 scholarships (worth 75,000 euro).

• December 9, 2022: Scholarship winners announced on Transilvania Executive Education’s website and social media channels

To apply for the competition, please provide:

1. Complete the two steps in the competition application form, available on the TEE website:

   • a business plan using this template;
   • an essay answering the question: What are the most important challenges managers will face in 2023 and what solutions should they develop/implement?

2. A CV in English and/or a link to your LinkedIn profile. We recommend including all achievements across your professional, academic and community activities.

3. A letter of recommendation in English from a business partner or an employer.

4. Send the above documents to office@teecluj.ro by November 25, 2022 (inclusive).
