What Idea::Bank customers need to know about 10 – 14 June

The integration of Idea::Bank into the BT Financial Group has entered the final stage, so by Monday, 13 June, the assignment to Banca Transilvania of part of the contracts concluded between Idea::Bank and its customers will be completed.

What the coming period means for Idea::Bank customers who will bank with BT:

• 10 June is the last day on which transactions can be carried out through Idea::Bank, and the last day Idea::Bank cards (until 17:00) and the Idea::myBank app (until 13:00) can be used.
• On 11 – 13 June, no transactions can be made through Idea::Bank because Idea::Bank customer data is being transferred to BT.
• From 14 June , the Idea::Bank customers whose contracts were transferred become Banca Transilvania customers.

Idea::Bank customers transferred to BT will have a new IBAN for their account. How to find it is also set out on the page dedicated to Idea customers on the BT website, namely: BT branches and agencies, the Call Center, BT Pay, BT Visual Help and NeoBT. For companies, it can be generated online on Banca Transilvania’s website.
