The newest BT Pay feature offers a savings alternative for Banca Transilvania Group customers who use the app: Investments in funds managed by BT Asset Management (BTAM).

Every step needed to invest through BTAM funds is online: choosing the fund, signing the contract, trading and viewing your investment history. Customers can also set up recurring investments.

The funds make it possible to invest part of monthly income in one or more mutual funds, over the short, medium or long term. The minimum amount for a first investment in a fund starts at 50 lei/25 euros/25 US dollars. BT Asset Management offers a wide range of investment funds, with very different risk levels and potential returns: from bond or fixed income funds to funds that invest in equities in Romania, the European Union or in countries outside the EU, including thematic funds - agriculture, energy, real estate or technology.

The new option brings BT customers closer to investing through a simple, fast experience that offers clarity when choosing a fund aligned with each user's objectives. It is an important step for financial education and for building healthy money habits. Investment funds are a savings alternative that complements the BT Pay universe and supports a long-term financial plan, including by setting up a recurring investment. Users can choose funds that invest in leading companies in Romania, promoting Romania and thus supporting Romanian capital. The range is complemented by funds that invest in international companies across different sectors, helping ensure a diversified portfolio.
