Omer Tetik, Chief Executive Officer of Banca Transilvania, was awarded for Excellence in Management at the Valori de Romania Gala, organized by BIZ magazine, on May 16, 2017, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest.

The event recognizes and celebrates people and brands whose high-level performance puts Romania on the global map. Awards were presented in categories such as Champions, Art and Culture, Science and Research, Technology and Innovation, Top Management, Personalities, Entrepreneurship, CSR and Architects.

Omer Tetik is also among Romania’s most admired CEOs (ranking published by Business Magazin in March 2017), and his recent awards include: Banker of the Year 2016 (Bank of the Year Gala, organized by Wall-Street, September 2016); Banker of the Year 2016 (Piata Financiara Awards Gala, December 2016); and Best CEO in Romania (Capital Gala, March 2016).
