The first cohort of BT employees has successfully completed the STAR BT Career Management Program. Over 80 people spent a year attending either the BT Entrepreneurial Leaders Academy, delivered by Qualians under license from Harvard Business Publishing, or the Start BT Leadership program, run in partnership with Fun Training. The initiative is a way to acknowledge merit and motivate the bank’s team, as well as an opportunity for personal and professional development.
