Nevenca Doca, Executive Director, Human Resources, at Banca Transilvania, received the Successful Women in HR award at the gala organised on 15 November this year in Bucharest by Finmedia and Piata Financiara.

“I would like to thank my colleagues in Banca Transilvania’s HR team, as well as everyone I have worked with over the years. Each of them contributed to this award,” said Nevenca Doca on this occasion.

The Successful Women in HR Gala honoured the performance of managers who have built successful careers, recognising their professional achievements. This year marked the fifth edition of the event and followed previous editions dedicated to successful women in industries such as finance and banking, IT and telecommunications, business law and real estate.
