• The program starts on September 7 and will include 3 workshops:

• The Post-MBA School is aimed at professionals with at least 5 years of management experience
• The workshops take place in Cluj-Napoca

Transilvania Executive Education (TEE) continues to expand business education opportunities with the launch of Romania’s first Post-MBA school, after bringing to Cluj-Napoca in 2014 the first 100% British Executive MBA program. TEE was launched by Babeș-Bolyai University, Banca Transilvania and Electrogrup, and over the years this educational initiative has been joined by the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Emerson, Endava, the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce.

• The idea behind this project is to offer the business community built around TEE’s education programs a chance to meet again in a structured learning environment, guided by international experts who are part of the teaching team for the Executive MBA program validated by the University of Buckingham.
• Each session is structured as an in-person workshop in Cluj-Napoca, lasting 6 hours (from 14:00 to 20:00). The international experts present will address the latest trends/models that participants can apply in their organizations the very next day.
• The workshops are intended for individuals with at least 5 years of management experience. The fee for each session is 120 euros + VAT for graduates of TEE’s education programs and 200 euros + VAT for participants who, on this occasion, will be joining the TEE community.

The first workshop will take place on September 7 and will be led by Robert Lewis, an entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience and a lecturer on the Strategy and Value Creation module of the Executive MBA program in Cluj.
