Banca Transilvania (BVB: TLV) received the highest VEKTOR rating for its 2024 communications with investors and shareholders, following the assessment by the Romanian Investor Relations Association. VEKTOR annually assesses the communications of companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and is published on each issuer’s page on the BVB website.

This is the sixth consecutive year in which BT has received the top VEKTOR rating.

We are committed to maintaining a best in class standard in communication and, through our communication, to enhancing the bank’s appeal to investors.

Multichannel and multimedia communications. What’s new in BT’s 2024 communications
BT’s communication with shareholders is led by top management, with the input and expertise of the Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Communications & Public Relations, and Financial Analysis teams, alongside the bank’s business lines, as well as BT Capital Partners and BT Asset Management.

In 2024, the bank stepped up its multichannel, multimedia communication with shareholders and investors. The Investor Relations page on the bank’s website has become a communications hub where they can consult information on financial results, news, TLV share performance, general meetings, messages from top management, the financial communications calendar, reports and presentations.

Also starting last year, the bank has been hosting Investor Day. The 2024 edition was an opportunity for the Banca Transilvania Group to share information about BT’s growth trajectory, with a view to continuing to create value for shareholders. Investor Day brought together nearly 150 participants from ten countries.

BT is the first bank in Romania to have been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. It has 78% Romanian capital and over 66,300 shareholders.
