One of the companies of Banca Transilvania Group, Victoriabank, hosted in Chișinău, on Monday, May 18, 2026, a visit by His Royal Highness, Prince Radu, and His Excellency, Cristian-Leon Țurcanu, Romania’s Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova.

Victoriabank representatives discussed the bank’s main initiatives to support the local economy and contribute to community development in the Republic of Moldova. The discussions covered support for local entrepreneurs, financial education and social programs, which reinforce Victoriabank’s role as an institution with nationwide impact.

The guests commended Victoriabank’s contribution to the national economy and to strengthening financial ties between the two countries.

The visit to Victoriabank was part of the official program of His Royal Highness’s trip to the Republic of Moldova, on May 18–19, 2026.

Banca Transilvania Group is the largest financial group in Southeastern Europe, with approximately 6 million customers.
