Vodafone Business and Banca Transilvania, through Stup, are launching V-BOOST, a programme comprising a series of events for entrepreneurs, where they can benefit from practical know-how and access to digital solutions to turn everyday challenges into genuine growth opportunities.

The first V-BOOST event will take place on July 22, 2025, in Bucharest, at Stup, on Banca Transilvania premises (Calea Șerban Vodă 206 - 218), and will focus on the theme Technology for small businesses – the first step in the entrepreneurial journey.

Led by Vodafone experts and specialists from the Stup team, the V-BOOST events will offer:

• practical solutions and real-life examples;
• relevant topics drawn from the real challenges of the business environment, such as streamlining operations with digital tools, useful automation, accessing EU funds for digitalisation, cybersecurity for businesses at the start of their journey, and integrating artificial intelligence into business processes;
• building a digital presence, sales strategies suited to today’s realities, cost optimisation through technology, and digital marketing solutions, even with limited resources.

Through V-BOOST, we continue to offer entrepreneurs access to practical solutions and applied education. Digitalisation can seem daunting for many entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey, but we aim to make it accessible and useful. Every entrepreneur is welcome at Stup. We provide access to business solutions, events, banking and microfinance, all with free advisory support, in a place dedicated to growth through collaboration and continuous learning.

Vodafone Business has supported over 100,000 businesses in their digitalisation journey. Through the platform Deschis la Nou. Deschis la Tehnologie, launched in 2023, the company offers access to over 3,000 digital solutions — from management and analytics applications to cybersecurity, automation and artificial intelligence. In addition, entrepreneurs can benefit from free consultancy provided by experts certified in technologies for business development.

Stup is the largest hub for entrepreneurs in Romania, opened by Banca Transilvania in 2022, with a community of over 36,000 members. At Stup, they can find everything they need to start or grow a business: business solutions, consultancy, financing through BT Mic, courses, events and networking opportunities. Each day, a new business is born at Stup, and approximately 100 entrepreneurs interact with Stup.
