Update #2:

The BT24 (internet & mobile) and BT Go apps are operating normally.

Update #1: 

• For businesses, BT Go is operating normally, and for those who do not have BT Go, we recommend using the web version of BT24.
• For retail customers, we recommend using the BT Pay app, which covers almost all the features of the BT24 app, or the web version of BT24.

We are currently experiencing some difficulties with the BT24 and BT Go apps. Our colleagues are working to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, the main features of the apps are available in BT Pay - both in the cards section and in the accounts section.
