To promote diversity and inclusion in the Romanian business community, Banca Transilvania became a member of the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce in June 2024.

Structured as a business chamber of commerce, it aims, together with its nearly 30 corporate members, to uphold these principles and support businesses for which diversity and inclusion add value. The Diversity Chamber of Commerce organizes training sessions, networking events, workshops, studies, reports and sector analyses.
