Banca Transilvania has been named by Euromoney magazine Best Bank in Romania and Best Bank for SMEs.

The annual Euromoney Awards for Excellence were first awarded in 1992. They assess performance across banking and asset management. The awards ceremony took place in London.

Over five years, from the end of 2018 through the end of 2023, BT doubled its assets, loans and deposits, and its active customer base grew by nearly 50%.
