Banca Transilvania received two awards for best practices in investor relations and ESG communications at the gala organized by the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR):

• Best Company in Investor Relations
• Rising Star in ESG 

The awards reflected the votes of institutional and retail investors active on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, who recognized examples of transparency, investor communications and corporate governance among listed companies.

The gala marked ARIR’s five years of activity and was held on November 23, 2023, in Bucharest. Banca Transilvania was represented by Aurel Bernat – Executive Director for Financial Institutions and Investor Relations, and Diana Mazurchievici – ESG and Investor Relations Director.

ARIR was founded in 2018 by listed and pre-IPO companies, fund managers and IR professionals, and currently has 40 members, including BT.
