Banca Transilvania received nine investor relations awards at the 2026 ARIR Gala, organized by the Romanian Investor Relations Association on October 6 in Bucharest.

The awards were granted based on assessments by local and international institutional investors in the Extel study, as well as the vote of a jury of capital market professionals.

At the gala, Banca Transilvania received the following awards:

• Best Company in Investor Relations;
• Best IR Program;
• Best IR Team;
• Best CEO for IR – Ömer Tetik, Chief Executive Officer, Banca Transilvania;
• Best CFO for IR – George Călinescu, Deputy CEO, Banca Transilvania;
• Best Investor Relations Officer:
  • Aurel Bernat, Executive Director, Financial Institutions & Investor Relations, Banca Transilvania;
  • Diana Mazurchievici, Director, ESG & Investor Relations, Banca Transilvania;
• Best IR Innovation;
• Best IR Use of Social Media.

ARIR was founded in 2018 by listed companies, companies with listing potential, fund managers and IR professionals, and currently has 40 members.

Banca Transilvania, the first bank in Romania to list on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 1997, has more than 84,000 shareholders and investors.
