• BT is awarding two scholarships, the Roberto Marzanati Scholarships, each worth 9,400 euros, covering 50% of the fee for the two years of study.

Transilvania Executive Education (TEE) announces the new deadline to apply for the competition for one of the partial scholarships to the TEE Executive MBA, namely December 10. Banca Transilvania is awarding two scholarships for the TEE Executive MBA – General Management, the Roberto Marzanati Scholarships, and EVERGENT Investments one scholarship — each worth 9,400 euros, covering 50% of the fee for the two years of study. The TEE Executive MBA Alumni community is offering for the first time a scholarship equal to 25% of the tuition fee, i.e., 4,700 euros.

The program is 100% British, accredited by the University of Buckingham, with over 40 international faculty members. Classes start on February 29, 2024 and are organized into 12 modules: Strategy, Leadership, Systems Thinking, Economics, Complexity, Governance and Digital Transformation. The modules are taught by professors from universities in Europe — including Romania — and the United States of America. They take place once every six weeks, over 18 months. The degree is awarded by the University of Buckingham.

Candidates must have at least three years of postgraduate professional experience in an executive role and advanced English.

The timeline is as follows: 

• November 6 - December 10: Apply on the MBA website;
• December 11-17: Candidate evaluation;
• December 18: Scholarship winners announced on the website and social media channels of Transilvania Executive Education.

To enter the competition, you need the following: 

1. Complete the two steps in the application form, available on the TEE website:

• a business plan, using the template in the application form;
• an essay answering the question: How is technology changing how managers organize their work?

2. A CV in English, or include the link to your LinkedIn profile in the application email. We recommend that your CV include all your professional, academic and community achievements.
3. A letter of recommendation, in English, from a business partner or an employer.
4. Send the above documents to office@teecluj.ro by December 10 (inclusive).
