BT Leasing and OTP Leasing merged in early December 2024 under the BT Leasing brand.

• The terms of contracts originally entered into with OTP Leasing remain unchanged.
• Optional insurance policies remain unchanged in terms of their terms and premiums.
• Invoices can be paid online or via BT Express payment machines, to the account indicated on the invoice, with BT Leasing as the payee.
• Invoices can be downloaded from the customer account on the https://my.btleasing.ro/ platform, which also includes the invoice and payment history up to the end of November 2024.

BT Leasing now has assets of 1.2 billion euros, 35,000 customers, 45,000 contracts in force and nearly 350 employees.
