Banca Transilvania received three awards at the Bank of the Year 2024 competition, organized by Mastercard and Wall-street.ro, on June 5 this year:

• Banker of the Year: Ӧmer Tetik, BT Chief Executive Officer
• Best savings product: Round Up, an option in the BT Pay app
• Most responsive financial institution in resolving customer requests in 2023: the best customer experience delivered by the Visual Call Center and Call Center authentication via BT Pay

The competition recognizes the performance of banking and non-bank financial institutions in Romania and the achievements of leaders in the local industry. The winners are decided by representatives of the business, government, non-governmental and academic sectors.

The BT awards were collected by Ӧmer Tetik, Chief Executive Officer; Dan Avram, Deputy Director, Retail Segments Management; and Ionela Roș, Director, Contact Center & Customer Care.
