Clujul Are Suflet has reason to celebrate: 13 of the young people supported by the foundation have been admitted to university and post-secondary school. They will study fields such as economics, computer science, engineering, psychology, arts, healthcare and tourism.

The foundation helps young people aged 14 to 20 from disadvantaged backgrounds to stay in school, improve their grades, prepare for a trade and find a job. They receive educational support (psycho-pedagogical assistance, monitoring of school progress), help to improve academic performance (tutoring in various subjects, homework support), counselling (social work, psychological counselling, psychotherapy, medical counselling, health education), as well as programmes for career guidance and personal development — all delivered at the foundation’s day centre in Cluj-Napoca.

In almost 10 years of activity, Clujul Are Suflet – the largest CSR project of Banca Transilvania - has supported approximately 2,000 young people. Of these, over 200 have passed the Baccalaureate, 130 are now university students or have graduated, 250 have completed vocational qualification courses, and over 400 have been helped to find a job.
