Banca Transilvania and BT Club support entrepreneurship education through the Vreau sa fiu antreprenor project, initiated by Romanian Business Leaders. This is a nationwide roadshow, a platform for interaction between private-sector leaders, members of the BT team, and high school and university students, with discussions focused on entrepreneurship, what it means to run a business, and the challenges entrepreneurs face.

Some of the program’s 2017 results:

• 60 events held across the country
• Over 8,000 participants from nearly 20 communities
• Events held in over 40 cities across roughly 30 counties
• Speakers: 150 entrepreneurs and representatives of Banca Transilvania
• Over 200 hours of discussion on entrepreneurship
• Online, the program’s video content — over 600 minutes — has generated over 90,000 views to date
